Etido Ekwere brings over a decade of expertise in business development, data analytics, consulting, project and program management, and learning and development. Driven by a passion for unlocking the voice of data to drive social impact and sustainable development, he has successfully initiated and led numerous high-impact projects.

With a strong enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, Etido’s training programs have reached participants in 17 countries across five continents. He holds an MBA from Durham University and a Certificate in Global Business (China in Context) from the prestigious Tsinghua University, China. He is also a certified project manager with the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, and an Authorized Training Partner with PMI.

Etido is highly recognized in the Tableau community, earning the titles of Tableau Featured Author (July 2021) and Tableau Public Ambassador (September 2022). His training portfolio covers Project Management (Agile & Predictive), Benefits Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Data Analytics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, R, and Python, as well as Effective Business Case Development.

He is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and a distinguished researcher with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data & Information Security. He served as the Team Lead for the AI and Data Science component of the World Bank–sponsored IDEAS Skills Acquisition Training, hosted by Baze University in collaboration with Domineum Inc.

As a lecturer, he is passionate about enlightening young minds on the transformative and potentially disruptive applications of computing knowledge. As a researcher, he is driven by the pursuit of innovative computational solutions to pressing societal challenges. As a mentor, he is committed to motivating, guiding, and supporting startups toward sustainable growth.

He holds multiple industry certifications, including IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst, IBM Certified Data Analyst, and Google Certified Data Analyst. He is also an active member of professional bodies such as the IAENG Computer Science Society, Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), and Academics in IT Professions (AITP).

With a proven track record spanning over 9 years across diverse industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, and education, Chiko brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role of Data Analysis Instructor. His journey has been marked by driving success through strategic planning, meticulous data analysis, and innovative problem-solving. As a seasoned professional, he has mastered various aspects of data analysis, from optimizing financial performance and spearheading model development to launching impactful products and programs. Notably, his role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Phase3Telecom Limited has honed his skills in developing business models, generating revenue through market research, and implementing automated solutions to address complex business challenges. Moreover, his passion for continuous learning and skill development has led him to delve into back-end web development, further enhancing his technical capabilities. From mastering Python and SQL for crafting robust, data-driven web applications to leveraging BI tools like Microsoft Power BI for real-time insights and decision-making, he is well-equipped to impart practical, real-world knowledge to aspiring data analysts. As an instructor, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application, empowering students with essential skills in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. His goal is to inspire and guide the next generation of data analysts, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to thrive in today’s data-driven world.

Deborah is a detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in data cleaning, visualization, and business intelligence. 
Skilled in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel, Deborah turns complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decisions. With experience in Finance, Education, and Sentiment Analysis, Deborah specializes in reporting, KPI tracking, process optimization, tutoring, and mentorship. Passionate about storytelling through data, Deborah builds intuitive dashboards and reports that empower teams to make smarter, faster choices. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys reading books, observing nature, improving her analytical skills, and contributing to data communities.

Holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bayero University Kano and began his career as a computer instructor, teaching office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. He later transitioned into backend development and spent over four years specializing in database optimization and development. After a career break, he shifted his focus to data analytics, earning an Associate Data Analyst certification from DataCamp.

He is a Data Processing Officer with a BSc and MSc in Computer Science. He has 7 years professional experience as a Data Analyst at YINAS Digital Innovation Hub and a strong interest in data science, particularly in the healthcare sector. He is passionate about community development and currently lead a Women ICT Program that empowers women with digital skills. His work reflects a blend of technical expertise and a deep commitment to social impact

Abdullahi Balarabe is a Development Economist and Certified Data Analyst with over eight years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), health systems strengthening, and project management. He possesses expertise in data analysis and visualization, leveraging tools such as STATA, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. He currently serves as the State Data Assistant Contractor at MSI Reproductive Choices Nigeria and is the President of the Nigerian Society of Data Analysts & Business Intelligence Experts, where he spearheads strategic data initiatives and governance efforts nationwide. Abdullahi has received advanced training in Economics and Global Policy from prestigious institutions including the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of Zurich, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ife, and the Federal University Dutsin-Ma. His professional contributions have earned multiple recognitions from USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP). His research interests lie in development and labor economics. Driven by a passion for harnessing data to inform policy, improve health outcomes, and empower communities, Abdullahi continues to be a catalyst for evidence-based decision-making in Nigeria.

Nkechika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Calabar. Her professional experience spans multiple industries, including the financial sector, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and the entertainment industry, where she rose to the position of Area Sales Supervisor. She later transitioned into the data field, beginning her journey as a Data Analyst before advancing into Data Science and AI/Machine Learning Engineering. In this role, she develops predictive models to drive business growth. She also holds a Microsoft certification in AI — Azure Fundamentals.

Eke Oke Eke is a highly accomplished Data Analyst with over six years of experience delivering impactful, data-driven solutions across diverse sectors, including healthcare, e-commerce, public service, and finance. Leveraging a robust academic foundation and multiple industry certifications, he consistently transforms complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and inform policy decisions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science and has attained industry-recognized certifications in Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Python, complemented by specialized training in Statistical Analysis (SPSS), Health Data Analytics, and Data Protection.

Eke’s career is marked by significant achievements, such as:

Nwidag Kaanazor Kingsley is a dedicated Data Analyst/Scientist with over two years of experience driving business growth through data-driven insights. He holds a Cisco certification in Data Analysis, as well as both Associate and Professional certifications from DataCamp. Kingsley has served as a Teaching Assistant at AI Community Africa (AICA) for over a year, where he supported learners in mastering data analysis tools and concepts, and successfully trained over 50 students through live sessions. He currently works as a Data Analyst at Skylight Cooperative, where he leverages data to support strategic decisions.

Udochukwu Emekaene is a results-driven Data Analyst and Graduate Trainee at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), currently working in the Application and Data Management department. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Alongside his corporate role, he serves as a mentor in the 3MTT program, where he supports the development of emerging tech talents.

He is certified in Google Data Analytics and proficient in industry-leading tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python. His professional experience spans data analytics, IT systems management, ERP optimization, and business consulting—delivering actionable insights, streamlined processes, and decision-support solutions across corporate, academic, and development-focused environments.

Udochukwu has contributed to projects involving campaign performance evaluation, user feedback analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and thematic analysis. He has also facilitated training programs in data analytics and business intelligence, mentoring students and professionals on visualization tools, dashboard development, and AI integration.
